Strategy is all about digging into what you've got going on and then analyzing the results. This is often achieved through research, like interviewing employees, customers, or just the key stakeholder(s). Once we get the info we need, we can then create a marketing plan that hits the right target market, uses the appropriate tone and voice, and design that resonates with your audience.
